This place is a an asset to Sydney, my only disappointment was it took me so long to pay a visit. This is a real pub for beer lovers with 20 craft beers available on tap at any one time.
It was actually the pubs dedication to beer that got me there in the first place on the first Tuesday of every month, the Tap House plays host to an event called “Ale Stars”. Which consists of a semi formal structured tasting session of a different beer style each month accompanied by some food, trivia and light hearted banter.

The staff were great on the visit there, super friendly, eager to please and happy to have a chat about the beer on offer. The hotels layout and decor is comfy although whilst being very unique.

Really if you live anywhere near Sydney and appreciate “real” beer and haven’t paid this pub a visit are doing yourself a huge injustice!
