Even though the Red Oak is bang in the middle of the CBD its fairly unassuming and easy to miss, but once inside you will not regret the search. Renowned for their quality beers Red Oak has a great range on tap their food is also fantastic. My only grudge with this place was its popularity, on the night we visited the bar was packed and it was hard to get through the crowd to get near the bar. That said when you did get close enough to the bar the service was very prompt and friendly, definitely keen to give the Red Oak another visit!
